Excessive background noise on Galaxy Buds?

Hi,  when i call people whilst outside my buds are picking up so much background noise im drowned out to my caller 😞

They can hear my footsteps, children screaming etc which are over 50yards away, as if they are next to me and if there is a little wind they can't hear a thing. 

Hope you can offer some advice 🙂
