Galaxy BudsI understand how frustrating this is. You can try resetting the Buds from the Wearables app if the Buds are still connected to the app. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078085/ If the charging cradle is not charging, it is recommended to have the Buds and cradle evaluated by a certified technician.
