I have a problem with them with the charging, the earbuds won't properly sit in the case to charge, I'll place them in the case and I'll have one come out halfway charged and the other one fully charged, how do I fix this?

Hello Icy9739, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern with the Buds 3 Pro not charging properly.

Here are some steps that may help:

  1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger
  2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly
  3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors
  4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds
  5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case

If there is still a concern with the earbuds charging, it is recommended to have them evaluated by a certified technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

If your Galaxy Buds 3 Pro aren’t charging properly, try cleaning the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case, and check for any obstructions or misalignment. Reset the earbuds by holding the touchpads for 7 seconds, and ensure they have the latest firmware via the Galaxy Wearable app. Test with a different charging cable or adapter to rule out accessory issues. Examine the earbuds and case for physical damage,

It's because you've didn't leave in the earbuds for long in order for both of them to be fully charged. It's a normal thing
