Whenever I am trying to skip a song while wearing my Galaxy Bud Lives it ends up triple tapping. What I mean by this is that I will tap them twice to skip the song, but it registers as tapping it three times which actually restarts the song. Typically I have to try double-tapping it 4-5 times before it actually skips the song instead of triple tapping it. I have tried tapping them with different pressures, different speeds, and on different areas but it does seems to always register two taps as three. Oddly enough when I tap it one time it does register as a single tap. But as soon as I click it twice it registers as three.

Have you tried resetting the earbuds to see if that corrects the touchpad issue? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078085/

If the issue persists or becomes worse, service would be recommended. For service options, please send a private message with the model code and the serial number. http://bit.ly/2XERsky

your solutions link is ridiculous. I have the same issues. its getting really irritating. what you should be doing is doing a recall and giving your customers a replacement. this is clearly a hardware issue and not a software issue resolved by doing a reset.

what you should be doing is putting in a physical button that's also touch sensitive so the user can have a dedicated button that you can incorporate a track skip, volume up/down, and call mute
