For a while now people have told me they couldn't hear me when I spoke with my headphones connected, I eventually just stopped talking to people with them in because despite constantly cleaning them , they didnt get better. Instead I disconnected them whenever I would talk to someone. I tested them out today for myself using the pro video and they sounded awful. I would really appreciate any help. Also I've already tried, clearing phone caches and cleaning the external mic.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand the frustration with your buds mic being muffled and would be happy to look into this further for you. Have you tried resetting your Galaxy buds pro? This will put your buds back to factory resetting. Give this link a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078085/

How long have you been experiencing these symptoms?

Have you verified there is no debris in the microphone piece of your Galaxy buds pro headphones?

I have been experiencing this for over 5 months now and have reset it but the audio is still terrible. I have cleaned the buds with a swab as best as I could to no avail.

Thank you for that information.  As you have cleared the app cache for the Buds manager, Phone, and Wearables apps and factory reset the Buds, the next step would be a service repair. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location  or you can reach out to our customer service team directly at 1-800-726-7864.
For international devices, please reach out to a support team in your area for further assistance: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
