How long have you been experiencing these symptoms?
Have you verified there is no debris in the microphone piece of your Galaxy buds pro headphones?

Galaxy BudsThank you for that information. As you have cleared the app cache for the Buds manager, Phone, and Wearables apps and factory reset the Buds, the next step would be a service repair.
