Have you tried resetting your Galaxy buds pro? This will put your buds back to factory resetting. Give this link a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078085/
How long have you been experiencing these symptoms?
Have you verified there is no debris in the microphone piece of your Galaxy buds pro headphones?
