I, like so many others, am having severe issues with my ears after wearing my Buds Pro. I awoke this morning at 3:30 with very wet ears. They also are very itchy.
This is the second time this has happened. The first time I had the same symptoms. But, after my ears began to heal, the flaking and extreme itching began. I noticed it began not long after wearing them. I discontinued use.
Last night, I wanted to try again. I wiped down the silicone tips with alcohol. I wore them for roughly 10 minutes and here we are. Wide awake on a work day with awful symptoms.
I own multiple Samsung devices. My televisions (2), 4K UHD Bluray, sound bar and surround sound, phones, tablets and I just bought the Galaxy Book Go. I love that I can connect everything. Needless to say, I am disappointed in the Buds.
I replaced the ear tips with memory foam tips I bought from Amazon. That eliminated the itching and soreness. I was able to have my Buds Pros in today for over 6 hours without any discomfort.

I have a similar issue to that reported by others. Have had the Buds and Buds Plus previously with no issues despite heavy wear. The Buds Pro were fine at first.
A few weeks ago I started feeling irritation in my ears which lead to fluid and cracked skin. Left them out for a couple weeks and used on ear headphones thinking it was an infection. Once my ears were healed up popped back in my buds pro for a good few hours and the same thing started again. Stopped wearing them and it's clearing up.
It might be completely unrelated however it does seem to correspond to wearing the Buds Pro although correlation isn't causation.
I've tried replacing the tips with memory foam ones in case I was allergic but wearing the Buds for an hour or two still results in irritation.

The earbuds caused my ears to itch and ooze liquid. After visiting my doctor, I learned that the condition progressed to an infection. Treatment for the infection progressed to other health issues. Upon researching this on other posts, it is clear that other people are experiencing similar issues. Please respond to offer a solution to the problem.

I have a bad ear 👂🏾 infection in my right ear from the buds pro.. Started irratating me badly flaky ear drum canal then my ears started oozing. So I started to use the left bud instead.. And now my left ear 👂🏾 is infected.. And oozing.. These buds sound great but I cannot use anymore.. Going to the doc office on Monday.. Have to use the buds live..
