Galaxy BudsI, like so many others, am having severe issues with my ears after wearing my Buds Pro. I awoke this morning at 3:30 with very wet ears. They also are very itchy.
This is the second time this has happened. The first time I had the same symptoms. But, after my ears began to heal, the flaking and extreme itching began. I noticed it began not long after wearing them. I discontinued use.
Last night, I wanted to try again. I wiped down the silicone tips with alcohol. I wore them for roughly 10 minutes and here we are. Wide awake on a work day with awful symptoms.
I own multiple Samsung devices. My televisions (2), 4K UHD Bluray, sound bar and surround sound, phones, tablets and I just bought the Galaxy Book Go. I love that I can connect everything. Needless to say, I am disappointed in the Buds.
What can be done to make this right? Thank you.

Galaxy BudsPosting here as my comment on the EU forum has been completely ignored by admin.
I have a similar issue to that reported by others. Have had the Buds and Buds Plus previously with no issues despite heavy wear. The Buds Pro were fine at first.
A few weeks ago I started feeling irritation in my ears which lead to fluid and cracked skin. Left them out for a couple weeks and used on ear headphones thinking it was an infection. Once my ears were healed up popped back in my buds pro for a good few hours and the same thing started again. Stopped wearing them and it's clearing up.
It might be completely unrelated however it does seem to correspond to wearing the Buds Pro although correlation isn't causation.
I've tried replacing the tips with memory foam ones in case I was allergic but wearing the Buds for an hour or two still results in irritation.

Galaxy BudsThe earbuds caused my ears to itch and ooze liquid. After visiting my doctor, I learned that the condition progressed to an infection. Treatment for the infection progressed to other health issues. Upon researching this on other posts, it is clear that other people are experiencing similar issues. Please respond to offer a solution to the problem.
