Hello,

You can try cleaning the charging contact points on both the Buds and case with a soft dry cloth. If the problem persists, open the Galaxy Wearables app and go to About Earbuds > Reset Earbuds.

If troubleshooting is not helpful then service would be recommended. For service options, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1. Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/samsungsupport 2. The Samsung solution does not appear to work. Appears to be a quality issue...many have experienced same issue...in my case...the earbud charger never has been dropped...it maybe that the wireless charger has failed. Only the wired charging works.

I am also having the same problem. I have never used my GBuds+ wireless charging before. This week I purchased a Samsung Wireless Charging Trio and the Buds+ case simply doesn't receive a charge. It has the red LED indicating charging, but instead of charging, it just decreases the charge percentage until it reaches 0%. When I charge by cable again, the case charges normally. What is the solution to solve this problem, MOD?
