Galaxy BudsHello,
I'm having issues connecting the buds to the wearables app.
The buds will connect to my phone via blue tooth and I'm able to hear music. The issue is when I open wearables and try to connect to adjust ambient sound, equalizer, etc...it will not show a connected status. Status remains "Disconnected from earbuds".
I've cleared the cache on my bluetooth, uninstalled and reinstalled wearbles, and still i have this problem.
What am I doing wrong or are the parts faulty?
Phone: Samsung S9+
thanks,
JDID

Galaxy BudsHi, I just got my galaxy buds yesterday and also have the same issue. I am able to connect to my S10 via bluetooth, no issues with listening to music and making phone calls. However, I am unable to connect to the wearable apps to access the functionalities. I have tried clearing app cache, restarted my phone, etc. but nothing works. Please help!

Galaxy BudsHi! I had this same problem. Try uninstalling the wearables app. Completely disconnect the earbuds from your device via Bluetooth. Make sure they are not connected in any way. Reinstall the wearables app. Once installed, check for any updates. Restart your device. Then go in to the wearables app and connect the Galaxy Buds through the app. Not through Bluetooth settings. This should work👍

Galaxy BudsHello I have a Samsung S20 and a Galaxy Active 2. To connect I had no problem and I can use it perfectly and connect to Samsung Wearable.
However I bought Samsung Buds + and despite I can connect to my cellphone to listen music and receive phone calls I can't paired the Buds+ to Samsung Wearable and can't personalize my Buds+ definitions and settings.
I already clear bluetooth data and cache but nothing solve my problem. Can you help me please?
