I have galaxy buds 33AA and they were working fine till yesterday. I tried unpairing and pairing them again. Tried increasing the bud volume and it's to the max level. Increased the media volume and nothing ..found one solution online in developers option and diasbled absolute volume sync and still nothing. I don't have audio media sync in the blutooth advance setting so that's not an option. My phone is Galaxy S10+
Solved! Go to Solution.

Galaxy BudsThe Earbuds are worth it, but I've been having some issues so i guess when they're working they're worth it

Galaxy BudsRemove the gel tips. Then looking at the piece they connect to, there's a "screen" on there you may need a bobby pin or toothpick, something small with a tip to remove it.

Galaxy BudsNa dont try to clean deep inside, that's the speaker you can damage that. Once you get that off test to see if your buds are working correctly.

Galaxy BudsDo you have the 2019s it's my understanding that they came with a small cleaning brush and some replacement screens. At least that what my coworker said

Galaxy BudsYes i have the 2019 Earbuds. I never got a cleaning brush with them and I bought 3 this year. One for myself and the other 2 for my parents and I didn't see any cleaning brushes in the boxes
