I have galaxy buds 33AA and they were working fine till yesterday. I tried unpairing and pairing them again. Tried increasing the bud volume and it's to the max level. Increased the media volume and nothing ..found one solution online in developers option and diasbled absolute volume sync and still nothing. I don't have audio media sync in the blutooth advance setting so that's not an option. My phone is Galaxy S10+
Solved! Go to Solution.

Galaxy BudsGonna have to RMA it. Good luck getting a replacement pair though. They've recieved my pair the 26th of August, gave me a tracking number for the replacement a week later. There's still been zero movement, it's actually ridiculous. Almost a month later, and nothing has been shipped to me.

Galaxy BudsFor Samsung Galaxy Buds low volume problem follow the instruction below:
Just enable media vilume sync option, form the connected android mobile
Follow the steps below to solve the problem:
- Go to setting
- Then open connection > Bluetooth > More icon > Advance Option
- In advance option select Media Volume sunc on.
After that also change preset Tap and Hold gesture on Galaxy buds touchpad
Open Wearable app on android mobile > Tap on Touchpad > Choose Left or Right > Select Volume down button.
Now Expected touch and hold command on Buds touchpad work like a normal you do.

Galaxy BudsI recently got the Galaxy buds and after 2 weeks of light use, the right earbud went very quiet. The left works as normal but the right one suddenly went quiet. Both are fully charged as is the case.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
