I put both buds to charge in the case, came back 2 hours and only the left one was fully charged. I left right earbud in there for another 2 hours n still no charge and the galaxy wearables app just shows an exclamation point for the right ear bud.

So what was the solution? Did he send them in to get serviced? If so, what part was replaced?

Are you using the original charger that came with the Galaxy buds?

-If not I would recommend using the original charging cable.

Note: Use only Samsung-approved charging devices and accessories. Samsung accessories are designed for your device to maximize battery life. Using other accessories may void your warranty and may cause damage.

When did you start experiencing these symptoms?

Have you had a software update to your Galaxy buds recently?

Did the buds ever connect and charge?

Here's some tips and precautions when charging your Galaxy buds: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078081/

If you are still experiencing these symptoms after the troubleshooting provided, I would recommend a service repair.  You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

For assistance outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html

Do the buds still connect to the wearables application, allowing you to reset using the wearables application?
