Galaxy Buds@userWZ37Q3B1DZ I know how frustrating this is. In addition to the steps provided by @Patriot1776USA, you can also factory reset the Buds. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078085/ If the earbud is still not charging, service would be recommended. For service options, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1. Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/samsungsupport 2. Twitter: https://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=18768513- 3. Private Message: http://bit.ly/2XERsky
