I am having a hard time charging my earbuds. It keeps saying it's charged when I know it's dying. I never had this problem with the old earbuds.  It's also not connecting to my wearable app. I have tried everything to get it to connect. HELP!!

I have a pair of galaxy buds that also say they are charging but are not. Have you made sure they are clean? They might now be able to charge if they are not.

I haven't used them that much to get them dirty. I never had this problem with the older version earbuds. I am so done with this. I use these overnight when I work.

I know how frustrating it is when your earbuds are not working correctly! When the earbuds are unable to connect to the Wearables app, regretfully, there are no troubleshooting steps available and service would be recommended.

I would recommend a service repair.  You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

For assistance outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
