Galaxy BudsI am having a hard time charging my earbuds. It keeps saying it's charged when I know it's dying. I never had this problem with the old earbuds. It's also not connecting to my wearable app. I have tried everything to get it to connect. HELP!!

Galaxy BudsI know how frustrating it is when your earbuds are not working correctly! When the earbuds are unable to connect to the Wearables app, regretfully, there are no troubleshooting steps available and service would be recommended.
I would recommend a service repair. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
