Samsung Galaxy live buds Cracking and then no music

I recently bought Samsung earbuds live and when I was listening to music via YouTube music the earbuds would constantly crackle and then one would turn off. I place both back into the charger and it keeped doing the same thing. I checked for a software update and they are up to date. What do I do? Please help!
