Samsung galaxy buds pro 2 sound issues

Is anybody else having issues with the sound on thier Samsung buds Pro 2? They used to have amazing bass, and the sound quality was amazing, but now I only hear that quality when it's set to sound canceling mode, when I turn it to off, the sound is so flat and does not have extra bass and quality is used to.

I went back to my original galaxy buds from 2019, and they sound so much better 🥺 unless I have the pros in sound canceling mode. 

I even tired to play around with the dolby settings and it still sounds sooooo flat when I don't have the sound canceling active.... 

Samsung can you please make the buds Pro 2 sound good again?? An update seemed to mess this up.
