Galaxy Note PhonesForgive me. I dont know a whole lot about compressing/EQ'ing, or anything of that nature, even though I'm a musician. I record myself playing drums from time to time on my Note 10+, and when I play back the video, there seems to be quite a bit of clipping, and distortion throughout the video. I never had this issue on my S8+. But it sounds terrible on my Note 10+. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?
Thank you for your time!

Galaxy Note PhonesI have Dolby turned on. Not HDR10+ Recording.
EDIT! - For some reason, I am unable to Reply to any of these suggestions, but am able to Edit my own comment. Thank you to everyone who made suggestions, especially about the Voice Recorder and Dolby! I turned off Dolby, and i believe that did the trick! I was suprised it did, but thankful none the less! Thank you all so much for taking the time!
And while the Note 10 Plus is not perfect, it's still a fantastic phone!

Galaxy Note PhonesAre there any sound levels that I can turn down on the phone? Or anything of that nature?

Galaxy Note PhonesHave you tried it with Dolby also turned off? I also noticed under the Advanced Sound Settings there is an option to adjust the EQ sounds and an Adapt Sound feature. Have you adjusted these settings?

Galaxy Note PhonesThe Open Camera app allows audio recording to be disabled, then you can record audio with Field Recorder app. Field Recorder supports disabling of AGC (automatic gain control). AGC causes loud or bass sounds to cut in and out on my Note 8, as described at https://forums.androidcentral.com/samsung-galaxy-note-8/899245-problem-bass-sound-videos-recorded-no.... That may be the source of your problem.
Samsung should support disabling AGC, or disabling audio recording in their camera app so that users have full access to optical zoom, etc., which Open Camera doesn't support.
AFAIK you'll have to combine and line up the video and audio files manually in a video app like Power Director.

Try to download Samsung Voice Recorder app from Galaxy Store. In the settings you can set the quality and also if you need stereo sound. Just try to see if that app will also have an issue.
