Customization Services says I'm too young to use the feature?

I tried to use the "CUSTOMIZATION  SERVICE"  and it said I was too young to use...WHAT I'm 49yrs why is this showing me this. I've got a  screenshot . 

Can anyone recommend how to fix this. Thanks 😊

Thats the funniest  ive seen on here so far im sorry nuttin personal but its histerical sounds like a customization feature of some sort was modified....no pun intended.

@MrsNoOne2021 Your age on samsung.com must be incorrect. Log into samsung.com and update your birthday in the account settings.
