Phone won't update to Android 13/ONE UI 5

Hey does anybody know why my Samsung Note 10+ won't update to One UI 5 and Android 13?

I went into software update it says it's has the latest update. Is this a T-mobile thing or is my phone too old and Samsung decided to stop updating it :(?

Because it is not eligible for any more software updates Android 12 was the last eligible update and they just received the final security update

The S10 series and note 10 series last update was android 12 you now will have to upgrade to at least an S21 which has 2 years of updates left or S22 which has 3 more years of updates and S23 which has 4 years of updates left.
