if you guys decide to introduce the product be sure you are well prepared as apple is.

You introduced the ring today, I wanted to order it and boom, website glitches after glitches, then sizing kit is out of stock, and there is no info how to measure to find the correct size, shame shame. support chat doesn't have any idea how to measure  it either, at some point they say "come back later" ...WOW

I would call that product introduction a disaster !

Did you get the buds, having major issues with mine. Popping static in the right bud, annoying so.
Have to call them tomorrow. I am hoping they honor my $50 credit.
Will be real teed off if they don't do the right thing.

I am patiently waiting for my order. However, the delivery date keeps changing. The watch is expected to arrive on September 27th, and the earbuds are expected to arrive on August 16th.

I ordered on the 23 and just got my watch 7 today it's the 25th 2 days wow m impressed.

They'll probably surprise you and you'll get a UPS notification like I did my original delivery date was August 14 instead I got UPS email saying it was being delivered the next day . Same will probably happen to you both
