Ring not showing sleep, heart, or energy tabs

Galaxy Ring

I recently purchased the ring, it connects to the phone but does not let me access the heart, sleep, or energy tabs. I get the message, can't open app, contact support if the issue persists. I have tried absolutely everything. Help!

By chat several times, by phone I will today. This was the very last suggestion they offered

I only ask that because it has been known that some users "try everything" *except* for the suggested "contact support".
