Galaxy S PhonesHello, thanks for reaching out. I can understand the frustration of Bluetooth not working. You can definitely try what @Hudson485 suggested. After that, it would be time to try testing the phone in Safe Mode to see if an app is interfering with the Bluetooth connection. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
If Safe Mode did not resolve it, then try resetting the network settings.
From the home screen, swipe up to open the menu.
Tap Settings.
Tap General management.
Tap Reset.
Tap Reset network settings.
Tap Reset settings.
Tap Reset
After the network settings on your Samsung phone have been reset, you might have to reconfigure certain settings, such as Wi-Fi.
As a final step, perform a complete backup and factory reset of the phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
Should the factory reset be ineffective, Regretfully, based on the date of production, the device has reached end of life status. This means that any repairs would be beyond economical repair, and it is recommended to seek other options with your retailer or carrier.
