Colored screen keeps going to Black and White

I wiped the cache and then restarted it. The then the screen was colored for about 20 to 30 seconds then it turned back to black and white so I guess tonight I'll be back in the fifties

Check in phone settings:

1. Click on Accessibility
2. Click on "Visibility enhancements"
3. Click on "Color adjustment"
4. Ensure that this is turned off or at least not set to "Grayscale"

Appreciate the help actually it was in digital well-being and something with WindDown and blocking notifications. But when I woke up the next morning everything was in color then later on that evening it was black again black and white did I knew I had something turned off so I just went searching till I found it appreciate the help them thank you have a good evening.
