Ok hook a flash drive to that and plug it into your phones charger port, your phone will see it has a external device, then you can copy your pictures to that flash drive

Copy then once all pictures is copied, its fine to delete from phone

Ok if the flash drive is inside the dongle, connect the dongle to your phones power port, then open up My Files app and it should be listed
