How to delete cache on my phone?

Tried boot loader with volume up and power button and it gives me a download icon. Was trying to delete cache.

it takes a bit of agility

Power off phone

Now, press Volume Up and HOLD it

Now press Side Key and HOLD it
(I use fingers from two hands)

HOLD both buttons in

Release when you see Samsung splash screen
