Locked out of Secure Folder

I forgot my password and locked myself out of my samsung secure folder. I am just wondering what I can do to correct this. Any suggestions?

Have you tried the following:
Open Secure Folder
Tap Forgot password
Sign in with your Samsung Account
Tap Reset password in the pop-up box
Enter a new password
