So, I have a bought a Samsung Galaxy S10, and the first 30 minutes, it's overheating. The back and the sides are hot. Why is this happening?

Hello there, I'd like to look into this further for you would you mind providing me with your full model code?

The model code and IMEI number are located in the Settings>About Phone. You can also get this information from you carrier.

I'm also having the same issue. Everytime I record a video it starts overheating like crazy. The back and the sides get really hot. When I play games, the same thing happens. When charging, it also gets insanely hot (though that could be because of fast charging).

I've been having the same issue with my phone, I got it in april. I'm so disappointed with this phone, I think they should do a recall on these, before it blows up in our hands..

@userYyqcQplcen Do you experience these symptoms while your device is charging or while you are using it?
