I have a S20 Ultra that was working perfectly well up until the weekend, when I tried to connect a new Galaxy Watch6 (unsuccessfully) to the phone. Since getting part way through the install of the watch, but being kicked out multiple times because the connection between phone and watch failed, the phone battery discharges rapidly, even when completely switched off. In fact, when turned on and plugged in to the factory charger that has been working perfectly, the phone battery charge remains static when screen is on, and takes forever to charge when screen is off.

I use my laptop charger for everything. Charges my Note20U in no time. I have connected Watch 3 to it, but it won't take 2 wearable devices at one time. I love that phone. Still use it even though I have an S23U. The animations are smoother on it. The S23U won't take 2 watches either, and it was a nightmare installing my watch to it cause I have Google's stuff severely crippled.

@ArtDesk The S23 Ultra will allow multiple watches to be connected. The caveat is that only one watch is active at any given time. But you can easily connect multiple watches allowing you to have one watch charging while wearing the other watch.

Remove all the wearable software, use the widget app to clear the memory and storage, and then reboot. After that, turn your phone off for 10 minutes or charge it off. Then start over. See if that fixes your issues.

Hello @2Teds, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern with the S20 Ultra not wanting to charge and draining the battery quickly.

@ArtDesk provided an excellent suggestion.

1. Remove the Wearables app and plug-in from the phone

2. Turn off the phone

3. Reset the watch https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/

4. Power back on the phone and install the Wearables app

5. Attempt to connect the watch again. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078020/

If you continue to experience the battery draining and the phone not wanting to charge, please see this solution thread: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-S-Phones/Fast-charging-has-stopped-working-S20-Ultra/m-p/...
