Unable to send messages to verification numbers

Hello, I notice I cannot receive some messages. why? Example if I have to reply yes or no. Its not from a specific person. The numbers is something like 88832. How can I fix this

You might find the settings for that in system settings, apps, special access, Use Premium Text Message Services. It has 3 options ask, always allow and never allow.

Often the first time that you get a message like that you get a generic prompt asking if you give permission to send a reply. I'm guessing that at one point you said no. I'm not sure where this would be in your text messageing app settings.
