"Can't use GIFs because it's not compatable with the lastest version of Samsung Keyboard"

I can no longer use GIFs on my phone after the latest update, G973USQU3DTC9 dated April 8th 2020. It gives me an error of "Can't use GIFs because it's not compatable withthe lastest version of Samsung Keyboard". Seems like a wierd feature to remove.... what gives?

I do not see the "Keyboard Content Center" under the "My Apps" options. Is there a different name or more steps needed to get here? I tried searching and only found options to purchase different keyboard content. Please advise. Thanks!

on the upper 3 lines, I went to My apps

scrolled down to Keyboard Content Center and download.

Go back to your messages and click on Gif

then accept all and everything will work.

Somebody else recommended downloading Gboard (google keyboard). Did this and now I have GIFs again 🙂

Gboard is great, if you don't mind allowing them to collect all your keystrokes, including credit card numbers!

My gif sticker is not available in my Facebook stories. I have the gif option on my feed though. The gif sticker used to be available in fb stories.

I would like to look into this for you. Let's take a look at a couple of things first.

• Have you made sure your app is up to date?
• Have you tried clearing the cache for the app?
• Is the fb app the only one you have issues with gifs?

Brand new Note 20 Ultra. Can't use GIFs on Facebook but able to use them in Messages (default text app). There is no Keyboard Content in the Galaxy Store...
