the updates gives me this version , i think version 10 will not supported for this device ? 

Many apps will not works in my device , this is the message appears in app store,

What apps are not working? If some apps don't work, your device might not have the required operating system for those apps. On the app store, you can find the required operating system of a particular app under app info.

As an example samsung pay, mac app , before update mcdonald's app works fine , is there any way to move to android version 10?

Sorry, you would need to purchase a new phone. The operating system is too old for some apps.

Being your on android 9 apps will not be as available to use sine might still but many are android 10 or higher

No unfortunately there is no android 10 available for that the s8+ it's time to upgrade my friend

The Samsung S8+ was released over 7 years ago. There will be apps in the app store which don't work with a device that old.
