Galaxy S21I understand how frustrating this can be. For the double text messaging issue, try clearing the cache of the app. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611 You can also try clearing the cache partition. (The steps for this vary by phone.) It is also recommended if you have multiple texting apps that you remove the excess apps as they could be sending the duplicated message. If these troubleshooting steps are not helpful and for the concern with not receiving incoming calls until they are missed, you will need to work with your service provider for additional assistance.
