Does anyone know how to change the settings on my phone camera to allow me to 'Save a copy'? Right now if any changes are made, my original is gone.

Thanks!

You can avoid tapping Save, initially, by simply tapping the three dot menu at upper right for the Save copy option.

This assumes you're using the Gallery editor (I exclusively use Snapseed, which has other Save options)

when editing and I hit Save, this popped up.
and then More reveals Save Copy.
