Is anyone else having trouble playing music on the Samsung S21?

On my new S21 I can't play the music they smart switched all my info at the Tmoblie store from my S10, SMH Didn't have a problem with playing music on my S10, but on my new S21 it say failure to play track on track after track, if I known this would happen I would have kept the S10, you would think that the S21 would work better than the S10.

 Samsung Please Fix This ASAP. I need my music

Thanks for the suggestion to submit an error report because they are working on the problem with the developers as we speak they already knew about the problems with the S21 series music problems

what's the music file format? WMA file will not work

They did before, support said that they are working on a fix with the developers

At this time it is recommended to report this issue and any logs to the Members App using the steps below:

1.      Download Samsung members app from Galaxy store (If not already installed.)

2.      Open Samsung members app -> log-in with Samsung account -> Explore -> press “+”sign
