Hi, anyone else having issues sending texts to a group or media & getting an error saying Multimedia messages not supported by network? Didn't change anything, woke up this morning & not working on all 3 of our phones all the sudden, 1 iPhone & 2 Samsung...checked all connections & restarted our phones.

Hello, I am now also having this problem! My phone is saying the MMS has sent from my phone, but the recipients aren't receiving them. Then they might receive some images, but not others. Image size has never been an issue, and sometimes the ones they receive are actually bigger in size. It just happened on Thursday night and hasn't been fixed yet. I spoke with Samasung Friday night who were useless. I factory reset my phone - still having the same issue. I've done all the troubleshooting options online and it is still not fixed. So tempted to chuck this in and go to iPhone...

Hello all, thanks for reaching out about this. I can understand how inconvenient it is to not be able to send multimedia messages.

Try the troubleshooting here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001439 If the MMS is still not working, you will need to follow up with your service provider for additional troubleshooting.

If the carrier is unable to resolve this in addition to the troubleshooting, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

For assistance outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
