So I changed my password (pin). I forgot it. Glady, I had my fingerprint on the phone so I can only open it that way 🙃. I need to reset my password but don't know how. Someone help?😅
Turn on Find my Phone in settings. Settings > Biometrics & Security > Find my mobile. Then go to fhttps://findmymobile.samsung.com/#home You should be able to unlock your phone with your Samsung account password. It'll delete any password or fingerprint currently registered on your device.

OMG! Thank you SO SOOO MUCH 😊. This worked for me. Tho it did take me more than it should have to figure out that I had to do this from another phone 😅. Thank so much for your help lol 😆. Hehe
