Hello!

I'm dealing with something frustrating that I hope might be able to be fixed in settings.
How do I explain this properly...
You know those grey notifications you get at the bottom of your screen telling you "alarm has been set for 2 hours from now" or saying "text conversation has been deleted" or "copied to clipboard" or whatever the heck it says?
Well starting the day that I moved to a new place those notifications will stay on my phone screen for 3-5 minutes and I can't get them to go away by swiping them or tapping somewhere else on the screen. And since the Grey highlight of the notifications is fairly opaque, I can't see anything that's behind the notification. It's extremely frustrating!!!
My phone didn't used to have this issue, the notification used to go away in just a few seconds, but now it takes minutes.
The only reason I can think of that my phone would have this issue after moving is that my uncle's 3-year-old daughters were playing with my phone while he helped me move across town. We both made sure the girls never dropped the phone, but the girls were tapping on all kinds of buttons on the screen and even managed to post a picture of themselves on my Instagram story! 😂😂😂
My cousins' tapping around on my phone gives me a little bit of hope that can be fixed if I just know where to go in my settings. Maybe the issue started simply due to them tapping on something they shouldn't have.

Any help or suggestions would be SO appreciated!!!

I'm looking, but it's difficult. I'm coming up empty, so far.

Question. Does your phone have Samsung Kids Mode? You'll find it in the pulldown tray at the top of your phone.
