Visual voicemail S21 Ultra Plus

I opened my phone app and it appears that I do not have an option for visual voicemail. 

Is there a third party app that I could download and use?

There are quite a few in the play store, but I would suggest that if your carrier has one, you should download theirs.  Who is your carrier?

oh, they do not have a VVM app of their own.  Try T-Mobile or Metro's version.

I think they do. Just purchased a low-end smartphone for my husband who only uses for emergencies and he automatically got visual voicemail so I'll give CS a call. I was thinking I should be built in to my phone but I guess not.

No. I think Samsung used to include an app but doesn't anymore. I had heard CC did not have their own app an there's none in the play store, maybe it's on their website?

You could also try smart switch to see if you can bring it from his phone to your phone.  I understand you can do selective transfers.
