Galaxy S22Can someone explain why and/or how to fix this issue?
I've connected my security camera (iCam365) to my phone, but too often when I try to look at the video it says it's not connected to wifi... and when I try to connect it says, "abnormal network connection". But what does that mean? Why is it abnormal when it works for all the other devices in my house? I'm confused and frustrated with this.
Thanks if you can help the technologically-challenged.

Galaxy S22Hello there! I can definitely understand wanting your new security camera app to work! I would suggest reaching out to the developer of the camera because they will have more information on why it will not show the video!
