How can I get the bubble with alarm set to disappear faster on my screen?

Does anyone know how to get the bubble with alarm set to disappear faster? Everytime I set the alarm, save a picture or open apps I get one of these text bubbles and they won't clear even after locking the phone. It blocks the ability to press any buttons under the text bubble. It's frustrating me.

Not sure if this will help, but try.  Go into settings, search floating notifications and try the different options.  I have mine set to off, and I don't see the issue you are seeing.

Floating notifications are off. I've never set that up and it started about a month ago.
