I keep trying to change my OneDrive account for the Samsung Cloud, but it keeps defaulting back to my old one to backup data. Anyone know how to permanently change it to a new account?

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration with the OneDrive syncing to your old OneDrive account and I would be happy to look into this further for you. Just to clarify, what type of device are you using?

 

Are you using your Samsung account to sync with OneDrive or a separate account?
