My Galaxy s22 ultra wouldn't read SIM card so went to AT&t they put two Esims on my phone . But when the storm came it knocked my Esim off now I'm not able to get it back on how do I fix that

Lol.... understandable. But that's what happened knock it off that night and I can't get service on the phone AT&t try adding another Esim and I still don't work

I'm sorry that you are experiencing trouble with your devices, Esim, you need to contact your carrier to assist you with the issue, They will ask you to provide the IMEI number to add the esim to your phone, I think it's possible that your phone isn't correctly registered with your carrier this would cause lack of service or no cellular connection, Just a note make sure you are able to connect to wifi before you call them this is how they push the esim profile to your phone or they may email you a Qr code

Just a thought but the storm may of affected the tower I e signal you will need to contact them

It is not a carrier issue it is in fact a Samsung issue. My phone update in the middle of the night while sleeping after update I have not been able to connect to service. I get a message that my phone is not registered to a network. I have tried new sims both physical and Esim neither of these work. It was a bad update that was forced on my device by Samsung and they refuse to take responsibility. I will be looking into starting a class action law suit. There are many others having the same issue and it is not tied to one specific carrier

I just dealt with this and everyone told me I needed a replacement phone, which I received yesterday. It is working fine, but now wants to install the software update and I am beyond worried that the same thing is going to happen.

I'm having the same issue after the recent update my phone will not connect to a network and I've already gotten two replacement Sims and an esim none if them work.
