Galaxy S22Hello jwdeaver2009, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your concerns with your device is showing it is owned by an organization after performing a factory reset. To determine whether the device has a device administrator, search Settings for "Device admin apps." Some installed apps that require special permissions may also be listed here.
Select Samsung devices provide corporations the ability to manage devices distributed to employees and adjust their authorization options. This includes the ability to turn off access to the Play Store, Samsung Apps, and the ability to install certain third-party apps.
If your device was provided to you by your employer and you are having issues installing apps or see restrictions notifications, contact your employer's IT department to find out if the issue may be due to restrictions placed on the device.
If your device was purchased from a third party or retail store, you must contact the previous party or store regarding using it as a corporate device.

Galaxy S22Not to argue with a moderator or anything, but the user stated they bought the phone directly from Samsung as a personal purchase. It seems like they have been using it with no issue, but decided to reset it for some reason, and now they are being told the phone is owned by some organization.

Galaxy S22Did you actually try logging into your personal account and were prevented from doing so, or did you just stop at the warning? In either case, this really should not happen on a personal device.
