After factory resetting my S22 ultra, I was greeted with a screen describing how this device is owned by an organization, and I should log in with my organization credentials. But... it isn't. I bought this phone directly from samsung, on the same samsung account that I logged in with. There are two device admin apps: Enrollment Service, and SAMSUNG ADMIN. If I try to disable them, I'm told to contact my organization's IT department. But, who they think that might be is a mystery. Texting customer support was less than helpful.

Did you, or do you have your work e-mail address on the device?  Some IT departments have security setting associated with their e-mail accounts, and it could be seeing this, unless you removed all accounts from the device before factory resetting it.

The statement about your organizations IT department is not Something would know about, that is based on the company you work for, most (if not all) have an IT department in this day and age.  That is who it was referring to.

Seriously, did you even read every word the OP said?  They stated that they bought the phone directly from Samsung as a personal device when the device was launched, which means they have been using it for 3 years without issue.  For whatever reason, the OP had to reset their phone and that's when the problem surfaced.  They tried logging into their personal Samsung account and got a screen telling them that their phone was being managed by a mystery organization, and they would have to log in with that organization's credentials.  I don't, however, see where they actually may have tried logging in with their own credentials and being denied.

Uhm, yeah I did read every word they said, your statements on personally owned and direct from Samsung do not disclude security setting from being loaded when setting up a company's e-mail account. Not sure why you are coming at me so hard when I am trying to help.
