The same thing happens to someone as to me. Someone has the same thing happening to me every 15 days, I disconnect my clock from the phone and ask me to restart the clock so I can pair it like a new phone is stressful.

I frequently swap between a Watch Ultra and a GW 7 and don't see this message.
Have you tried wiping the cache of the wearable app on your phone? Or wiping the device cache partition on your phone?
