Eye comfort shield missing from quick settings

I used to be able to toggle the orange filter when I swiped down, it's missing now? Anyone know how to get it back on

I lost my calendar icon on my screen..how do I get it back??

Press the App Drawer icon 

Then press and hold the Calendar Icon.

Click on "Add to Home".
