Galaxy S23Hello, I'm just wondering if you ever got a fix for the washed out colors on your 23 Ultra. I've just ordered one refurbished and now I'm concerned about the threads I'm finding but hoping to see if Samsung corrected it with software. I don't know if you'll even see this post but let me know if you don't mind, thank you

Galaxy S23Hello, thanks for reaching out. I can understanding wanting more out of your display on the S23 Ultra, and would like to look into this further for you.
As @SilliestGoose suggested, make sure Eye comfort shield isn't on. You confirmed this was not the case, so there are additional settings you can check out.
Check that Adaptive color tone is not on as well in Settings > Display. Navigate to Settings > Display > Screen mode, and adjust other settings accordingly. In this case, you would likely select Vivid and adjust the white balance warmth or cool. You can go to Advanced settings on the same page and customize the vividness as well as the white balance further.
If the settings are not helping at all, it is possible troubleshooting may be necessary. First thing would be to check that a third-party application is not changing your display settings for you or dulling/washing the colors out. Safe Mode will allow for this, and if the colors are better in it, then uninstall the offending application(s). Check the Safe Mode guide out: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
If Safe Mode has the same washed out colors, it may be time to try a factory reset. Back up everything you can prior using this guide hyperlinked here and perform a factory reset: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
Should the troubleshooting be not helpful, submit an error report via the Samsung Members app: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
